Ministry and Service

Service Projects and Community Outreach

Members of all ages enjoy serving the world together through annual events like the "God's Work, Our Hands" community picnic, packing meals for Life Rice and Feed My Starving Children, packing weekend meals for kids in the local schools and making blankets for those in the hospital. We also have a section of road on Highway 23 that we pick up twice a year to do our part to keep our community clean. If you would like more information on ways to help reach out to others, contact our Deacon, Susan Williams. If you are a Thrivent member, you are eligible to use 2 grants each year for outreach.
